NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Six units hit the For Sale market at Grandview Palace this past month of August. These new listings have an average asking price of $298,600. Some of the units to highlight this month are: unit #912 which is fully remodeled, unit #2017 offering unobstructed north views and the deal of the month, corner unit #1811 offered fully remodeled and with two assigned parking spaces.

It was a fantastic month of August for the building with a total of three units sold for more than $300,000 in the building. All these condos were sold for an average price of $311 per square foot, and they were all offered fully remodeled. Only unit #1619 was sold in a short period and very close to its asking price. Two of them were sold through financing and the other one closed as a cash transaction.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Twelve units were offered for rent at Grandview Palace this past month. These units were offered for an average asking price of $2,032. Some units to highlight are: unit #1203 offered fully remodeled and facing west, unit #1706 offering unobstructed south views, and last but not least, unit #1719 which is tastefully remodeled and located in one of the best lines in the building.

UNITS RENTED
 

A fantastic month for the rental activity in the building with a total of six units successfully rented. These condos lasted on the market an average of 62 days before renting for an average monthly price of $1,967. Units #2307, #608 and #717 were rented in less than a month for the full asking price.
