Real Estate Market Report, August 2018.

Maison Grande had an amazing month of August with a total of three condos sold. These units sold after approximately 158 days for an average closing price of $263 per square foot. Two of them closed as cash transactions. We must bring into attention that unit #424 was sold for $124K less than the asking price and lasted almost a year on the market.

Four units hit the open market for sale last month. These 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condos average an asking price of $469,225. Corner unit #426 is offered for $639,000 featuring an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Now the building’s active inventory of units for sale is at 17 in total.

Four units found new tenants last month at the Maison Grande condominium. With an average monthly price of $2,263, these condos lasted a median of 18 days on the market. Only one was offered furnished, and most of them are fully upgraded.

Three units were offered for rent last August. With these new additions, the number of active units for rent is now at 10.
