Real Estate Market Report, August 2018.

Two units were sold at the 360 Condominium in August. Unit #705 in building A was sold after only 33 days for $312,500. Unit #1109 in building B was sold for $381, 200 after lasting a little bit longer on the market. This unit offers an unobstructed view of the southeast of Miami Beach, and it has been fully upgraded. The active inventory of units for sale in the building is now at 42.

Eight units were offered for sale at the 360 condominium last month. These units average a listing price of $423,124. Two of these new listings are located in Building C with 3BD / 2BA. Another unit to mention is #1209 in Building B; this unit has been upgraded and offered for $500,000. 

Two units successfully found new tenants at the 360 Condominium. Both of these 2-bedroom condos are located in building A and rented for an average monthly price of 2,500. One of this unit was offered fully furnished while the other one was unfurnished.
