Two units were sold at The Collins condominium last August. These condos closed after an average of 57 days for a median closed price of $496,000. One closed as a cash transaction while the other one was conventional. Now, the active inventory of units for sale in the building is at 13.
NEW UNITS FOR SALE
Collins condominium saw three new units hitting the open market for sale last month. With an average asking price per square foot of $573, we must highlight unit #602. This REO (bank owned) corner unit, offers 1,288 square footof living area provides an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean.
UNITS RENTED
In last August, four units were rented at The Collins. These units rented for an average monthly price of $3,394 after lasting approximately 68 days on the market. Corner unit #1602 was the only one offered fully furnished and rented short term for $7,200 a month.
NEW UNITS FOR RENT
Two units were offered for rent last August. These 1-bedroom condos located on the 15th floor were listed for a median price of $2,225. One was offered furnished while the other one not. Our active inventory is now 18 in total.
