UNITS SOLD
 

Two units were sold at the Akoya Condominium last August. Unit #4306 sold for $755,000 after only 13 days on the market. This 1 BD + Den condo offers an unobstructed view of the south of Miami Beach and downtown skyline. Unit #905 was the other one, and it was sold for $385,000 after 125 days of being on the market. So far this year, a total of 9 units has been sold, but most of these units have sold at discounted prices. With an active inventory of 32 units active for sale, you or your agent must have a good strategy to position your unit as the first option of choice to any prospective buyer.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Only one unit was offered for sale last month at Akoya. Unit #1610 was listed for $420,000. This one bedroom condo has one of the smallest floor plans with only 683 SqFt, With this new listing, the active inventory of condos for sale is now of 32 in total.

UNITS RENTED
 

An amazing month of August in which a total of seven units were successfully rented. Most of these units were a one bedroom and had an average rental price of $2,621 a month. Most of them were offered furnished as a short-term rental.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Nine units were listed for rent last month at our building. We have a penthouse and a few corner units. These units were offered for an average monthly price of $4,744. Now our active inventory of units for rent is at 48 in total.
