UNITS SOLD

The 5600 Collins Condominium was able to do great last month, even though we have seen a 90% decrease in traffic of prospective buyers and tenants, as a result of the lack of flights, the stay home orders, and the uncertainty of the economy. Despite all of these circumstances, one unit was sold. Unit 5K, facing east, was sold for $386,000 as a financed transaction.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE

Two units hit the market for sale last month. Both of these units are located on the mid-floor, one facing east and the other one facing west. The median asking price for these units is $357,000. The active inventory of units for sale in the building is now at 28.

 
UNITS RENTED

One unit was rented last month. Unit 14Y was rented for $2,150 per month after spending only 38 days in the market. The active inventory of units for rent in the building is now at 17.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT

Two units were equally offered for rent. These units are offered for an average price of $2,500. One of them is offered fully furnished and they are both remodeled.
