The Collins Condominium was able to do great last month, even though we have seen a 90% decrease in traffic of prospective buyers and tenants, as a result of the lack of flights, the stay home orders, and the uncertainty of the economy. Even with all of these circumstances, one unit was sold. Unit #1407 was sold for $475,000 after spending only 34 days in the market. This unit was tastefully remodeled and sold financed with a conventional loan.

One unit was listed for sale in April. This condo is located on line 06 and it is under $360,000. The active inventory of units for sale in the building is now at 18.

A total number of four units were offered for rent last month. These new listings have an average asking price of $3,000 per month. Two of these condos are two-bedroom units and are offered fully furnished, while the other two one-bedroom are offered unfurnished.

Unfortunately, no unit was rented last month. The active inventory of units for rent in the building is now 25.
