The 360 Condominium was able to do great last month, even though we have seen a 90% decrease in traffic of prospective buyers and tenants, due to the lack of flights, the stay home orders, and the uncertainty of the economy. Two units were successfully sold despite all these circumstances. These units were sold for a median price of $316 per SqFt. Corner unit #1005 in building B spent more than a year in the market before finally being sold for $400,000. Unit #105 in building C was sold for $500,00 after spending only 138 days in the market.
