NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

7 units struck the For Sale market in April at the 360º Condominium. Corner unit #1013 listed at $500K, unit #722, a one bedroom 1-1.5 bath listed at $259K, and the listing of the month, unit #1111, which is fully remodeled and offers one of the most desirables southwest views in the building as well. We must mention that this unit is already under contract. The active inventory of units for sale is now at 37.

Only one unit was sold successfully last month at the 360 Condominium. Corner unit #410, located in building B, which offers two parking spaces, was sold as a cash transaction for $289,00 after only 19 days of being on the market.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

A total of 13 units hit the For Rent market in the past month. Three of them are corner units, unit #1413, PH13 and unit #1126 that is being offered fully furnished. These new listings have an average asking price of $2,684 per month. The active inventory of units for rent is now at 27.

April was another amazing month for the rental activity in the buildings. A total of 7 units found new tenants. These condos rented for an average monthly price of $2,419 and lasted approximately 65 days on the market. Unit #1211 lasted 23 days only on the market before being rented and unit #702 was rented fully furnished.
