Real Estate Market Report, April 2018.

One unit was successfully sold last month at Maison Grande Condominium. #615 sold after 281 days for $360,000 as a cash transaction. This unit is partially remodeled, with 1,206 square feet of living area.

April saw 4 new units offered for sale. These new listings have an average price of $304 per square foot. For some of these units, it's not the first time they hit the market. They are being listed for a second or third time with different agents and different prices. As our previous reports and statistics showed, the condominium market is slowing down.

April was amazing for the rentals, when a total of 3 units were successfully rented. These units lasted an average of 46 days on the market and got rented for an average $2,383 a month. We must mention that unit #617 rented for $2,600. This condo was offered unfurnished featuring unobstructed direct views of the Atlantic ocean.

Only two units were offered for rent last month at Maison Grande. Both of these units are located on the 8th floor and are being offered fully furnished. The average list price for these condos is $2,250 a month.
