Only one unit is listed in April at The Bridgewater. #901, located on one of the best lines of the building, is listed for $399,000 including two parking spaces. This unit, like most of the active listings for sale in the building, is not hitting the market for the first time.

Unfortunately, no units were sold last month at The Bridgewater. This leaves the active inventory of units for sale at 14 in total. It is worth mentioning that so far this year a total of 5 units have been sold. This is great when compared with previous years. In 2016 only 4 units were sold in the entire year, and in 2017 only 7. Now these units have been sold at discounted prices.

Three units were offered for rent last month. Two of these units are located on line 05. These corner units have the biggest wraparound balcony in the building. Most mentioned was #1405 at an asking price of $2,300, and already rented.

Rental activity was great last month for The Bridgewater. A total of 5 units successfully found new tenants. These units rented at an average price of $2,137 a month and lasted approximately 148 days on the market before finding new tenants. This leaves our active inventory at only 3 units for rent.
