UNITS SOLD
 

A total of three units were successfully sold last April at the Grandview Palace. These units sold for an average price of $275,000. To highlight last month, we have #2124, which lasted only 45 days on the market. This unit closed through conventional financing for $275,000. Another unit to mention is the corner unit, #1418. This unit sold for $320 per square foot as a cash transaction. Line 18 is one of the best lines in the building.

NEW UNITS FOR SALE
 

Motivation from homeowners is high at Grandview palace when it comes to units for sale. Last month, a total of 11 units hit the market. These units have an average listing price of $293,118. A few units to mention last month are PH205, with two parking spaces, making this corner penthouse the best option to buy now, which is the reason why this unit is already under contract. Another two units to highlight are #1620 and #2020, both located on one of the best lines of the building. #2020 is a short sale, approved for $325,00, with two parking spaces, making it one of the best deals available in the building now as well.

UNITS RENTED
 

Rentals did great last month. After having a high inventory of units for rent in the building, we were able to get a total of 8 units rented last month. They rented for an average monthly price of $1,938 a month, after spending an average of 79 days on the market. This leaves our active inventory of units for rent now at 11 in total.

NEW UNITS FOR RENT
 

Only three units were offered for rent this past month at Grandview Palace. PH222, offered for $2,399, has recently been exquisitely remodeled. Unit #1719, also fully remodeled, offering the best views in the building, is listed at $2,550. Last but not least, PH112, with an asking price of $1,850 makes this unit a great option, which is the reason why it is already under contract.
