Last April was an excellent month for the 360 Condominium: a total of 5 units were successfully sold. In Building A, two one-bedroom units sold last month. Both sold through conventional financing and with an average closed price per square foot of $305. #Unit 914 sold cash after only 34 days for $380,000—the highest close price per square foot of last month. The units located in Building B also sold through conventional financing, but they both spent an extremely long time on the market.
NEW UNITS FOR SALE
A total of 10 units were offered for sale this past month. Motivation from homeowner skyrocketed at 360 in April 2018. These units were listed at an average price of $433,950. We have one unit listed in Building C, as well as a penthouse in Building A, but the listing of the month is #1506. This unit features 2 master bedrooms plus a den with two master bathrooms and a half bath, plus over 1700 sq ft of living area. NEW UNITS FOR RENT
A total of 8 units were offered for rent last month at the 360. Most of these units are located in Building A and they all have an average list price of $2,459 a month. A unit to highlight this month is #1101, offering one of the best views in the building. Offered at $2,550, this unit is already under contract.
UNITS RENTED
Only three units were rented last month. They are all two-bedroom condos and rented for an average monthly price of $2,432. They lasted an average of 49 days on the market before finding new tenants, and they were all offered unfurnished.
